This system offers bubble-tight, self-sealing joints, which ensure a secure and reliable connection similar to that of a welded system, but with the added flexibility of a separable union joint. O-Seal fittings are available in pipe sizes ranging from 1/8” to 2.50”. These fittings are frequently chosen for critical, high-pressure piping systems, where reliability and performance are key factors.

Mark VIII Fittings

The CPV Mark VIII fittings are another line of O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS) products, designed for tubing sizes up to 2 inches. These fittings can handle pressures up to 3000 PSI, making them suitable for both liquid and gas transport in various tubing applications.
